New Games: What's out & what's coming

It's a new year and it's time for a new post about a new things that's a new new. That is to say, we've got some new games coming and we want to tell you all about them!
We'll start with what's out now (in case you missed it) and then get into the games we're releasing later this year.
Out now — Hex Effects: Bad Omens
A special edition of Hex Effects is in Barnes & Noble now! This edition contains everything you should get with the base Hex Effects game plus two "omen" cards: Albatross and Full Moon. We love the power both these cards bring to the game but we especially love the Albatross because of how valuable this card can be. It is either used to prevent someone from winning or as your final remedy used to win.

Out now — MUD: 2nd Edition
We've updated our classic rat-themed election game, MUD (the title is a reference to mudslinging, muckraking, swamp-draining, as well as an acronym for Millionaires Undermining Democracy). We've added some new Scandal cards and refined the artwork.
Definitely pick up this wonderful strategy game that looks like a delicious wad of cash. Available on our website and at Barnes & Noble.
Coming soon — Dead Letters
Prepared to get aquiver with anticipation at this amusing installation of ataraxic enjoyment! We're breaking out the 50-cent words in celebration of our upcoming game: Dead Letters — a postal-themed, word-building game.
Every card is a letter of the alphabet, and some have special abilities. The goal is to get rid of all the cards in your hand. You do that by adding letters to a central word board, changing it to form new words. Vowels let you go again. Rarer letters will allow you to influence the game in fun ways. And "chain" letters let you play multiple letters simultaneously. Dead Letters can also be played cooperatively and solo!
We're super excited about this new game. Both the gameplay and the artwork is just stunningly cool. You'll truly never wanna stop playing.
